Sells things organic, fairtrade, local and seasonal produce. As well as bread, veg and cheeses (possibly a little more expensive than a supermarket), this shop has all sorts of wonderful things that you won't find in your local waitrose or sainsburys e.g. 3 varieties of tabasco, japanese ingredients (miso paste, hijiki, wakame, fresh tofu, umeboshi etc.), lots of wonderful fruit juices, jams, and a hazlenut vanilla body lotion that leaves you smelling good enough to eat. sort of.
